Terms of Service

MSS Order Export: CSV & Email, operated by Mollica Software Solutions LLC ("MSS", "we", "us"). Last updated: July 28, 2026.

Acceptance

By installing or using MSS Order Export: CSV & Email ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

The service

The App exports your store's orders, customers, and inventory as CSV files on a recurring schedule you define. You choose the resource, the columns, any filters, the cadence and run time, and the email addresses each export is delivered to. Exports are delivered by email as an attachment; an export too large to attach is staged as a private file and delivered as a download link that expires after 24 hours. Pricing plans, and the number of schedules each plan allows, are described in the Shopify App Store listing and within the App.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the configuration you create in the App and its effects on your store.
• You must maintain a valid Shopify account and comply with Shopify's terms.
• You must not use the App to violate any law or any third party's rights.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system according to the plan you select. Charges follow Shopify's billing terms; you can change or cancel your plan from within the App or by uninstalling it.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the App available and working, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. For support, contact Mike@mollicasoftwaresolutions.com.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
